Cooking sensor symbol not lit / sensor not responding

The cooking sensor symbol on the cooktop does not light up and the wireless cooking sensor does not respond at all.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Replace the 3 V CR2032 battery (battery may be fully drained).
  2. If the battery is fresh, press and hold the symbol on the wireless cooking sensor for 8-10 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the wireless cooking sensor to the cooktop.
  4. If the problem persists, call Customer Support.
