⚠ What This Means

When the machine is switched on, a message states that automatic cleaning and/or automatic maintenance could not be carried out. This appears after automatic cleaning has failed five consecutive times. No drinks can be made until this is resolved.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. If you want the coffee machine to continue cleaning automatically:
  2. - Ensure the machine is ready for automatic maintenance: all removable parts (water container, drip tray, brew unit, central spout) must be installed; the water container must be filled at least up to the descaling symbol; the machine door must be closed.
  3. - Touch OK to start automatic cleaning.
  4. If you select 'No' to permanently switch off automatic cleaning:
  5. - You must clean the milk pipework and degrease the brew unit manually.
  6. - You will need the cleaning agent for milk pipework and the tablets for degreasing the brew unit.
