Brew unit cannot be removed

⚠ What This Means

The brew unit cannot be removed from the coffee machine. The brew unit drive is not in the correct position.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. If necessary, move the handle on the brew unit back to the start position.
  2. Close the appliance door.
  3. Switch the coffee machine off.
  4. Wait approximately 1 minute before switching the coffee machine back on.
  5. This will initialize the brew unit motor/drive and return it to the start position.
  6. If necessary, repeat these steps.
