Coffee not flowing from central spout or only from one spout

Appliance: Miele Coffee Machine Models: CM 6360, CM 6560

⚠ What This Means

Coffee is not flowing out of the central spout at all, or is only being dispensed via one spout. The central spout has a blockage and/or the brew unit is blocked.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Rinse the coffee pipework (see 'Cleaning and care -- Rinsing the appliance').
  2. If coffee still does not flow from both spouts, dismantle the central spout and clean all parts carefully using the supplied cleaning brush for hard-to-reach areas.
  3. Make sure all parts are reassembled correctly.
  4. If still blocked, degrease the brew unit (see 'Cleaning and care -- Degreasing the brew unit').
