Drink dispensing aborted prematurely (wide cup)

⚠ What This Means

Drink dispensing is prematurely aborted even though there is a container under the central spout. This is not a fault. If the container has a very wide opening (e.g. a large mug), the cup rim sensor cannot detect the rim and cancels the drink.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Use a different container with a narrower rim, or reposition the existing container so that the cup rim sensor can detect its edge.
