Cup rim sensor displaced

⚠ What This Means

The cup rim sensor (CupSensor) is not inserted or is incorrectly inserted. If the central spout moves upwards and the cup rim sensor is bumped (e.g. by a cup), it loses its reference position.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Confirm the message with OK.
  2. Refit/reinstall the cup rim sensor.
  3. Cup rim detection will remain inactive and the central spout will stay in the highest position until the coffee machine is next switched on.
  4. Cup rim detection is reinitialized during the next switch-on operation.
