Sensors do not respond / machine cannot be operated

⚠ What This Means

The sensor buttons do not respond to touch and the coffee machine can no longer be operated. There is an internal fault.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Disconnect the coffee machine from the electricity supply by switching off at the wall socket and removing the plug, or by switching off the mains circuit breaker.
  2. Wait a few minutes, then reconnect power and try again.
  3. If the fault persists, contact Miele Service.
