Coffee not dispensing evenly from both spouts / milk sputtering

Appliance: Miele Coffee Machine Models: CVA 7440, CVA 7445, CVA 7845, CVA 7775, CVA 7875, CM 6360, CM 6560

⚠ What This Means

Coffee is not being dispensed from both spouts evenly, and/or milk may be sputtering when being heated up. Coffee deposits in the central spout are obstructing dispensing.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Dismantle/take apart the central spout.
  2. Wash all components -- except the stainless steel cover -- in the dishwasher.
  3. This cleaning should be performed once a week.
