What This Means

An audible beeping alarm sounds when a refrigerator or freezer door has been left ajar for more than 30 seconds. A bell symbol is visible in the Control Center display panel when the alarm feature is active.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Close the refrigerator or freezer door completely.
  2. Ensure food items are not obstructing the door from closing and sealing properly.
  3. To temporarily deactivate the alarm (e.g., for cleaning or resupplying), press the BELL ON/OFF key pad on the Control Center.
  4. When the alarm is deactivated, the bell symbol will no longer be visible in the display panel.
  5. Re-activate the alarm by pressing the BELL ON/OFF key pad again after cleaning/restocking.
