What This Means

The OFF indicator is visible in the Control Center display panel. This means the unit has been turned off via the UNIT ON/OFF key pad. All electrical power to the unit is disabled. The unit will not cool.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Press the UNIT ON/OFF key pad on the Control Center to restore power.
  2. If the unit was placed in Sabbath Mode (OFF displayed after pressing and holding UNIT ON/OFF for 10 seconds), press and release the UNIT ON/OFF key pad to return to normal operation.
  3. Allow 24 hours for the unit to reach the set temperatures after power is restored.
  4. If the unit does not turn on, check the home circuit breaker or fuse and the wall receptacle.
