What This Means

Both SERVICE and ICE indicators are flashing simultaneously in the Control Center display panel. This occurs when the solenoid valve for the ice maker has been activated for too long, indicating a potential water supply or ice maker valve problem.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Check for excess water near the ice maker area inside the freezer.
  2. If you see excess water: immediately turn off the water supply at the shut-off valve and call for service.
  3. If there is no excess water: turn the unit off using the UNIT ON/OFF key pad and then turn it back on to reset the system.
  4. Monitor to see if the problem recurs after the reset.
  5. If the problem continues after reset, call Sub-Zero Customer Service at 800-222-7820.
