⚠ What This Means
The water dispenser on the glasswell of Models 685 or 695 is not dispensing water when the WATER key pad is pressed.
🔧 How to Fix
- Place a glass on the water grille of the glasswell and press and hold the WATER key pad.
- On initial use or after the reservoir has been drained, you may need to hold the WATER key pad for up to 60 seconds for water to fill the internal reservoir tank.
- On first use, purge the water system and storage tank for 3 minutes to clear air and foreign material from new plumbing connections.
- Check if the dispenser is locked (red LOCK icon). If locked, hold the LIGHT key pad for approximately 5 seconds to unlock.
- Ensure the water supply is connected and turned on.
- Note: the chilled water reservoir tank is mounted inside the refrigerator section. It will take several hours to chill water to refrigerator temperature during the original fill or after heavy use.
- Limit continuous water dispenser operation to 7 minutes or less to avoid damaging equipment.
