The display shows E78 / F24. The appliance cannot pump off water from the floor of the cooking space. This is caused by a fault or blockage in the drain pump, or by a faulty level-measurement sensor that makes the appliance pump continuously even though the floor is dry.
| Possible Cause | How to Fix |
|---|---|
| Blocked drain pump | Call Customer Services; close the water stop cock |
| Faulty water-level sensor causing continuous pumping on a dry floor | Run Steam at 100 deg-C for 10 min with full rinsing cycle, then restart |
