Food probe temperature is not displayed

The food probe is inserted but the temperature reading does not appear on the display. The food probe icon may be greyed out.

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Check that the food probe connector is correctly plugged into the socket inside the cooking space.
  2. Check that the food probe tip is correctly inserted into the food: the tip must be positioned in the centre of the thickest part.
  3. If the food probe symbol is greyed out, the selected automatic programme does not support the food probe. Switch to a manual operating mode to use the probe.
  4. If the probe and socket are correctly connected but no reading appears, the food probe or socket may be defective. Call Customer Services.
