A generic alphanumeric fault code appears on the display in the format FX/EXX see operating instructions together with the serial number (FN or SN depending on model).

🔧 How to Fix

  1. Cancel the error message by pressing the main touch button.
  2. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply for about 1 minute.
  3. Reconnect the power supply.
  4. If the error reappears, note down the FULL error message (e.g. F3/E27) and the serial number (FN or SN on the identification plate).
  5. Disconnect from the power supply and (for fixed-water models CSTXSL60F/FY) shut off the water supply.
  6. Call V-ZUG Customer Services with the full error code and serial number.
